  • Root-textile is durable, breathable and flexible - like fine leather

  • Rather like a straw hat the root can last for many years if kept out of the elements. It’s stable and will not degrade under indoor conditions

  • Root-textile can be wiped clean with a damp cloth

  • The root is particularly absorbent and accepts an alchemy of natural dyes. The fibres readily soak up colour.
